RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because all our items are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or defective.
If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
When will I get my order?
We custom print every order just for you.
🎁 Production time: 2–4 working days. Please allow a little extra during busy periods such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day.
🚚 Shipping time: Once your item is printed, standard shipping times apply depending on your location.
North Island: 2–3 working days
South Island: 3–5 working days
